Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Caitlin Spears, former model turned health and fitness coach.

At my lowest point, I made a powerful decision. I refused to be a victim any longer and took back control of my life and goals. I discovered the world of health and fitness, which became my outlet for healing my relationship with both my mind and body.

Today, I am proud to run a beautiful health coaching business, helping individuals worldwide unlock their healthy lives through my proven 4-step method, the Cait Method. This method allows me to teach you the steps I took but implement them into your life in a way that feels good to you and your goals.
